WHO WE SEEK

We are looking for a Client Consultant with a solid background in Men's Ready-to-Wear for our boutique. This role will emphasize the Men's RTW segment.

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in Men's RTW, along with a demonstrated history of sales success and a robust client portfolio.

The Client Consultant will be an essential part of our team, contributing to store performance by achieving sales targets, excelling in client engagement, and meeting all key performance indicators. This role also involves leading monthly training sessions focused on the Men's RTW category.


Client Engagement Responsibilities:
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge.
  • Master the Client Journey.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Engage proactively with existing and potential clients as per the strategy defined by management.

Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the client interaction, from preparation for sale to farewell.

Focus on nurturing existing clients while attracting new ones.

Capitalize on every selling opportunity, whether it be walk-ins, private appointments, or phone inquiries.

Collaborate to achieve the store's sales and business objectives.

Address any client concerns with the appropriate team leader.


Merchandising and Visual Presentation:
  • Manage all sales and post-sales activities, including returns and repairs.
  • Ensure product availability and presentation on the sales floor.
  • Maintain awareness of stock levels across all categories to optimize sales.
  • Adhere to operational and administrative procedures.
  • Work with the in-store visual team to follow display guidelines and report relevant information to management.

Operational Duties:
  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize the POS system for all client transactions.
  • Participate in operational tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven sales performance.
  • Strong knowledge of products and the client journey.
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
