About the Role: Our client is a well-established Personal Injury Law Firm located in Long Island, specializing in various legal services including Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Worker's Compensation, and Mass Tort cases. This is a full-time in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling all incoming and outgoing communications, greeting guests, and processing regular and certified mail.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking mailing dates and return receipts, ensuring all documentation is scanned and saved appropriately.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Assist with faxing, scanning, and copying documents, as well as supporting the preparation of internal and external documents for the firm.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory for pantry and supply areas.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate staff members and confirm appointments.
  • Schedule client meetings as necessary and maintain a log of client arrivals.
  • Process payments, including cash, credit card, and money orders.
  • Facilitate client interactions at the front desk, ensuring all necessary forms are signed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $50,000 - $55,000, along with benefits.
