Executive Coordinator

Northwell Health is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the business activities of an executive.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and statements, and take meeting minutes.
- Coordinate the executive's calendar to ensure commitments are met, schedule appointments, and make arrangements for meetings.
- Receive and review verbal and written information requests, and release information based on appropriateness.
- Maintain office inventory and initiate supply requisitions.
- Administer the executive's recordkeeping system, creating and updating various records and documentation.
- Compile and analyze basic information, and prepare statistical data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare presentation materials, including charts, graphs, tables, and graphics.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
