Correspondence Coordinator

The Correspondence Clerk is a vital member of the Claims Department, responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations. This role involves scanning documents, logging information, signing for mail and packages, and performing various other clerical duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Sort and manage incoming mail and packages
- Sign for mail, packages, and deliveries
- Prepare and scan correspondence and appeals
- Photocopy and scan documents
- Prepare documents and packages for mailing
- Generate and mail letters
- Perform various other clerical tasks as required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 pounds
- Enthusiastic attitude and cooperative team player
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- Must reside near Westbury, NY
- In-office position, non-remote
