Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will:
  • Provide critical support to the Program Planning team by assisting the Reentry Organization in executing planning activities for advanced deterrent technologies utilized by the U.S. Navy.
  • Develop and oversee the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates with a wealth of experience, typically 15+ years, in the following areas:
  • Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools such as OpenPlan, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Extensive experience in planning and scheduling for programs requiring Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Knowledge of Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance.
  • Expertise in integrated cost/schedule techniques.
  • Experience in developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS).
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Possession of an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance.

  • Experience with @Risk, OnePager Pro.
  • In-depth knowledge of Earned Value Management, particularly for programs in the development phase.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management capabilities.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within an integrated team.
  • Skills to compile, prepare, and present information effectively to management and clients across various disciplines.
  • A keen attention to detail and quality, with a strong sense of follow-up and closure.
