Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to join our dynamic Program Planning team. This role is crucial in supporting the Reentry Organization with program execution planning activities for innovative deterrent technologies utilized by the U.S. Navy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to the Program Planning organization.
- Develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in accordance with industry standards for program performance management.
Ideal candidates will possess over 15 years of relevant experience. While some teleworking is permitted, the selected individual will be expected to work onsite as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in planning/scheduling tools such as OpenPlan, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
- Extensive experience in planning/scheduling for programs requiring Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Familiarity with Data Driven Metric compliance and surveillance.
- Expertise in integrated cost/schedule techniques.
- Experience in developing Integrated Management Plans and Integrated Master Schedules (IMP/IMS).
- U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with tools like @Risk and OnePager Pro.
- Strong background in Earned Value Management, particularly for programs in the development phase.
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting information to management and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance.
