About the Role

Behavior Interventions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Supervisor to support our Clinical team and maintain our ABA treatment center in our King of Prussia office location.

Key Responsibilities
  • RBT Trainer: Completes monthly RBT meetings, supervises RBTs performance, completes BT clinical orientation, and assists with RBT competency assessments.
  • Treatment Center Management: Assists with general office management, supports scheduling and coordinating client sessions, provides general treatment center coverage, and assists with managing phone lines.
  • Clinician Support: Provides support to BCBA Supervisors for ongoing projects and tasks, supports BCBA/RBT caseload assignments, referrals, and documentation, and maintains caseload tracking and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree with BCaBA credential, or Masters degree with LBS; Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) through the PA Board of Medicine (BCaBAs do not need LBS).
  • Must maintain RBT credential through BACB.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the field of ABA required; 5 years preferred.
  • Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
  • Complete and maintain active CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
  • Crisis Management trained/certified preferred.
