Overview:

Wells Fargo is in search of a Senior Human Resources Strategy Partner (Senior HRSP) as part of the Enterprise Human Resources Consulting team to provide support to the leadership of the Client Relations Group (CRG) within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM).   • Collaborate with executives and seasoned leaders to foresee opportunities for influencing and leading change that enhances performance at individual, team, and enterprise levels.
  • Adopt the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively engaging with internal partners to positively influence outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in various Human Resources disciplines, particularly in supporting strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Proven ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design principles.
  • Capability to develop and implement business vision, strategies, and objectives.
  • Ability to assess challenges, make prompt decisions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficient in strategically analyzing data to identify opportunities and interventions.
  • Strong project management expertise.
  • Experience in diversity and inclusion consulting.
  • Professional interaction with all levels of employees and management, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience in formulating and executing human capital plans aligned with business goals.
  • Proven change leadership experience.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts across multiple HR disciplines such as talent development, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience in providing executive coaching to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional HR client support as a trusted, results-oriented leader.
  • Excellent consulting, influencing, and partnering skills with business executives and HR colleagues.
  • Relevant experience in a large corporate, multi-business HR or line organization.
  • Experience in developing and advising on succession planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
