Position Overview

As a Technical Solutions Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of technology integration and project execution.

Contract Type: Part-time | Location: Remote

In the realm of technology, a Technical Solutions Leader is akin to a seasoned navigator, adept at steering projects toward success. Your expertise will empower our engineering teams and clients alike, ensuring that every initiative is executed with precision and foresight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and propose optimal solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical proposals.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Evaluate factors such as cost, scalability, and sustainability to ensure effective solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Product, Design, and Project Management.
  • Document project scope, assumptions, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a champion for Inventive Group, sharing innovative ideas and fostering a culture of creativity.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Robust business insight combined with engineering and architectural skills.
  • Over 10 years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Solutions Architect role, focusing on enterprise-level applications.
  • Proven track record in leading technical projects and mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with various data storage solutions such as SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and container management tools like Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
  • Skilled in CI/CD tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on technical documentation.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies like AI/ML and IoT.
  • Experience with real-time data technologies and API development.
  • Background in client-facing roles, including RFP responses and SOW creation.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft MVP.
