Luna Data Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist for a long-term engagement with a state government agency in a Hybrid work environment.

Onsite presence is required three times a week.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, both hardware and software, and demonstrate a strong willingness to embrace and master new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance on personal computers and associated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both software and hardware issues, while identifying network-related problems affecting personal computing devices.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and training, while leading various project initiatives.
  • Act as a mentor and local leader for junior technicians.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience delivering high-level executive support.
  • 5 years of experience in end-user support.
  • 5 years of experience in personal computer hardware support and routine software installations.
  • 5 years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a corporate setting.
  • 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft productivity tools, including Office 365 and MS Teams.
  • 4 years of experience with video conferencing solutions such as Cisco WebEx.
  • 5 years of experience in creating technical knowledge documentation.
  • 4 years of experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support capacity.
  • 5 years of experience working in a multi-vendor support environment.

This position is a long-term contract opportunity, and candidates must be able to pass a background check.
