Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective students, answering their inquiries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to high-volume calls from prospective students, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize prepared scripting to deliver a consistent and engaging experience to callers, promoting the college's programs and services.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document and record lead and marketing data accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with callers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
