Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts and develop a small team to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and developing relationships, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and grow our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Supervise and lead a small team to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on our systems and processes.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.

Licensing Requirements
