Job Title: Business Development Manager

PCI is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to focus on new account growth and existing account expansion within the West Coast/Rocky Mountain territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales reports and key performance indicators for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with service deliverables and expand services at existing accounts.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts, including developing quotes or proposals and assisting the Quality team with customer complaints and CAPAs.
  • Facilitate and/or provide structured account plans to field service teams and serve as liaison between Business Development, Service Teams, and customers.
Requirements:
  • A four-year degree in Business Administration, sales, or other related experience (or equivalent military/industry training) in sales, account management, or client development.
  • Strong customer service skills and 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
Benefits:
  • Salary plus at-risk annual bonus.
  • Expected hiring range $85,000 - $105,000.
