Sales Manager - Controls Division Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Controls Division in the assigned area/region. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong business acumen to develop and implement sales strategies.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, talk and hear.
  • The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and at times reach above shoulder height to access storage cabinets. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (for purposes of filling photocopier/printers).
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Competitive Wages: $133,000 to $172,000 Annual Salary. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
