Business Development Manager

At Next Level Impacts, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a financial strategy for assigned territories or accounts within our Life Science unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through solid customer relationships and technical expertise.
- Cold call new business and manage all commercial opportunities within a large, high-growth opportunity territory.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Create pre-call/visit plans using SMART objectives and execute post-call/visit evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
- Establish or re-establish customer relationships by proactively calling and visiting new or inactive accounts/prospects.
Requirements:
- BSc in Biology, Molecular Biology, or Life Sciences; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience in sales at a Life Science company selling to Industry or IVD.
- Proven sales experience within IVD market segments and a demonstrated track record dealing with high-value IVD accounts.
- Strategic, consultative, and relationship selling skills required.
- CRM pipeline management experience - Salesforce preferred.
