Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for the inbound and outbound servicing of established accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will work in a team environment, with outside sales. In addition to the duties of Inside Sales Representative, this position will also serve as the Bar Coordinator for Tiger Joe's Pub. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assuring that company owners, employees and guests, are treated in a highly professional and courteous manner consistent with established standards, as well as, in compliance with local, state and federal regulations for distribution of alcohol.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and quantities
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as service requests, orders, or returns
  • Educate customers about products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
  • Setup and maintain electronic customer files
  • Responsible for management of Tiger Joe's Pub, which includes making sure the bar's appearance is up to standards, ordering inventory, rotating product, event planning, coordination of draft line cleaning and repair, etc.
  • Provide bartending service to employees and guests in a professional and courteous manner consistent with established standards as well as in compliance with local, state and federal regulations for distribution of alcohol
  • Coordinate additional bartending coverage as needed
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
