Position Overview
The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of Vitu's products and services. The candidate best suited for the position will have excellent communication, training, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Someone who is self-motivated, goal oriented, punctual and has a great attitude.
Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and requirements
Ability to sell in a competitive market and differentiate
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Research accounts, identify key decision makers and generate interest
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales executive for further development and closure
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory or defined market
Requirements
Track record of achieving goals and quotas
Strong phone etiquette and experience in making 30-60 calls daily
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (i.e. GoToMeeting)
Experience in working with NetSuite or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Intermediate experience with MS Office
