  • Follow up with clients post-cleaning to encourage repeat business and address any concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication via phone, text, and email.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports and statistics to track performance metrics.
  • Support other team members as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Work Environment:

This position is situated in a positive, healthy workplace that promotes a non-smoking culture. We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000, plus commission, with the potential for total annual earnings exceeding $100,000. Additional benefits include complimentary bi-weekly cleaning services, paid time off, and health insurance.
