Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of department heads to achieve business objectives, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct regular departmental tours, staff meetings, and training sessions to ensure compliance with Highgate Hotel standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all Highgate Hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting career advancement and employee retention.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President or Regional Director of Operations.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or a related field, or a 4-year college degree and 4-5 years of related experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Compliance with Highgate Hotel standards and procedures, with a focus on maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
