The Managing Director of Valuation Services will be responsible for driving business development and leading the valuation practice. Our team is recognized as a leader in business valuations, securities, and intangible assets for tax, transaction, and compliance purposes.

We seek an experienced professional with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive culture, and delivering business development goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities:

  • Grows and manages the group's Valuation Consulting practice
  • Develops area of expertise and assists with proposals and business development
  • Collaborates with other offices and industry groups to manage consulting practices
  • Attends valuations industry trade shows and conferences
  • Participates in firm-wide marketing and sales programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics required; MBA or Master's in Business Valuations preferred
  • Minimum of 13 years of related experience in a complex organization required
  • CPA, CFA, or ASA designation preferred
  • Exceptional client service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Range: California State: $222,000 - $425,000. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
