About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to expand our agency's market presence, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term partnerships with global brands.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our market presence, revenue, and client base.
  • Pursue and cultivate new business opportunities within creative marketing, production, and digital marketing sectors.
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to craft compelling pitches and proposals that align with target clients.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and network to maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Engage new prospects and reconnect with existing clients to drive sales and growth.
  • Partner with our agency management team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.


Requirements


  • 8+ years of business development experience in advertising and marketing, preferably within the gaming sector.
  • A proactive approach to sales and prospecting with excellent communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding results.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline tools.

The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 + bonus opportunities. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
