About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Business Development Lead to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Regional Sales Manager – Mid Enterprise, you will be accountable for building a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota. You will identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships up to executive levels within your assigned portfolio, and network within the client's business to influence key decision makers. This is a quota-driven sales environment, and we are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in the IT security industry. The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will work closely with internal resources and individually to develop account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio. You will also lead a virtual team to drive and close opportunities. If you have excellent energy and drive, with the ability to build effective relationships quickly, we encourage you to apply.
