Brand Marketing Director

At Insurify, we're changing the way millions of people compare, buy, and manage insurance with artificial intelligence, technology, and superior product design. We're seeking a Brand Marketing Director to drive our evolution from a leader in performance marketing to a consumer brand that acquires a more balanced marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the company's brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Recognize and develop high-impact visual and static ad creative.
  • Upgrade the organization's capacity to create high-impact creatives with consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in B2C consumer tech or direct-to-consumer industries.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
  • Ability to identify and deliver high-impact creative for direct response and awareness.
  • Expertise in TV, OTT/CTV, OLV, YouTube, Meta, and Social with $5mm+ annual budget.
  • Self-service SQL and business intelligence proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, strong vendor management, and the ability to identify what tools are needed.
