Associate Director, Rare Disease Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Rare Disease Marketing efforts in the US. As a key member of the Rare Disease Business Unit Commercial Team, you will report to the Iqirvo Brand Lead and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and new product launches.
Key Responsibilities- Lead US marketing initiatives and key promotional activities to achieve near-term revenue goals
- Develop and execute brand planning, campaign development, media, and other key promotional initiatives to support brand growth and new product launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Patient Support, and Sales, to develop and execute promotional plans
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure compliant execution of all promotional activities
- Develop and monitor KPIs for brand tactical plans and communicate performance to Rare Disease leadership
- BA/BS in a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- At least 5 years of biopharma commercial experience, with at least 2 years of Rare Disease exposure, ideally including launch planning experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others
- Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated consistent track record of success, with strong scientific/medical aptitude and knowledge of Rare Disease
