They will be responsible for collaborating with our Sales team, support staff, and customers on a daily basis to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inbound sales calls and leads in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and preferences, and schedule appointments with our Sales Associates
- Make outbound calls to potential leads to build relationships and generate sales
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner
- Confirm appointments with customers and ensure a smooth sales process
- Collaborate with our Sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience
- Computer literacy and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
