About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Lennox International. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing new prospects and building strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and recommend products or services to customers based on their needs and specifications.
  • Negotiate prices, terms of sale, and service agreements with customers.
  • Ensure high post-sales satisfaction by fostering positive, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop and implement account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 year of related experience.
  • Strong abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate industry and product knowledge.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
