Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for a broad geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Engage with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists across various medical specialties.

• Key engagement points include physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, and intensive care units.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of complex clinical scenarios and effectively communicate clear messages.

• Manage hybrid relationships through a combination of in-person (70+%) and virtual interactions, leveraging next-generation methods to enhance efficiency.

• Utilize data sources to optimize strategies and efficiencies, capitalizing on opportunities with the highest return on investment.

• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit objectives.

• Maintain and track territory-specific information using a CRM system.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.

• Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.

• Proven track record of sales growth while managing a personal territory.

• Strong business acumen and ability to comprehend complex clinical information.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex clinical messages in real-time situations.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Veeva).


Preferred Experience:


• Experience with Buy and Bill & Injectable products.

• Oncology experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with hospital sales and the P&T/Formulary process.

• Knowledge of local and regional health systems.
