Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at The Aero ALL-GAS Company.
About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our compressed gases and welding equipment within the assigned territory. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent with a strong foundation in business and sales principles.
