Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Representative to join our team at Trinity Health. As an HR Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and external stakeholders, providing support and resolution for HR inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process employee position status change requests and tuition reimbursement applications
  • Audit HR transactions and provide telephone support to employees
  • Perform various HR administrative tasks as assigned, including case management and document processing
  • Investigate and resolve general issues related to HR processes and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with tact and discretion
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in an HR administrative or customer support role preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of HRIS, HR processes, and downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay, and other areas
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension skills, as well as human relations and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, shared leadership environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions

This role operates in a typical office environment with a well-lit, temperature-controlled space. The ability to travel to various Trinity Health sites (10%) as needed is required.
