Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and drive improvements in control systems and equipment.
  • Lead initiatives to troubleshoot and resolve equipment performance challenges.
  • Coordinate resources to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions for manufacturing staff and plant electricians.
  • Support the integration of control systems with IT frameworks, including FIS, Error Proofing, QWX, and QTS.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues related to machinery, robotics, automation, and control systems.
  • Utilize FIS plant monitoring software to analyze equipment cycle times.
  • Oversee and coordinate project installations effectively.
  • Reprogram machinery to accommodate engineering modifications and enhancements.
  • Ensure the maintenance of program backups for automation and machinery.
