Compensation for this role is $18.97- $23.63/hour based on qualifications and experience.
This position requires on-site availability and remote work flexibility.

POSITION SUMMARY
Operates within the HR Service Center framework, addressing escalated colleague concerns and intricate inquiries arising from HR Representative I.

Provides HR transactional assistance for colleagues.


Offers consultation and advice regarding the interpretation and application of policies and procedures for both managers and colleagues, while actively working to mitigate Company risk in all scenarios.

Promotes Department services and delivers exceptional customer service. Responsible for conducting monthly audits and generating reports related to colleague HR Administrative data, in addition to assisting with various projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Embraces, understands, and exemplifies the mission, vision, and values of Trinity Health in leadership, behaviors, practices, and decisions.

Operates under the guidance of the HR & Benefit Services Manager to ensure that HR service delivery remains consistently high-quality, collaborating with all functional areas within the HRSC, Total Rewards, and Payroll Departments.

Acts as a backup for HR Service Center Representatives to support phone queues.

Facilitates training during the rollout of new processes, procedures, and policies, and aids in the RHM implementation process within a shared service center environment.

Ensures comprehensive documentation and updates of all processes and procedures for accessibility in the shared drive.
May be tasked with first-level support for all CRM case escalations from HR Representative I.

Provides assistance for inquiries from the HR Representative I team.

May represent the Department on cross-functional project teams and actively promote Department services to RHM's and managers.

Responsible for managing all inquiries from RHM's not currently supported by the HRSC, providing guidance to resolve issues promptly.

Engages in projects for supported RHM's, including coordination and documentation of Plus One approvals, SSN and Eligible Dependent Verifications, Annual Enrollment, and Influenza / TB vaccinations.

Contributes to the development of sustainable, efficient, and effective processes for the RHM's supported by the Department within the established service level agreements.

Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships with RHM staff, Payroll, HR Operations, and vendors to facilitate effective management of escalated assignments.

Maintains a strong focus on detail while prioritizing customer excellence.

Utilizes case management technology to accurately document case issues and notes for cases assigned under strict Legal Department requirements.

Adheres to established regulations and ensures compliance with processes, procedures, plans, and systems.
Maintains confidentiality of department and colleague information in accordance with established practices within HIPAA and NPPI guidelines.

Possesses a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, as well as Trinity Health's Corporate Integrity Program, Code of Ethics, and other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, Health & Welfare Benefits implementation, annual enrollment, process integration, and contact/service center operations, typically acquired through a High School diploma and three (3) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role in a high-volume work environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Must have a foundational knowledge of HRIS (i.e., Workday) and processes, and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions on benefits, pay, and other areas, with the ability to identify discrepancies.
Demonstrated effective decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension abilities, along with outstanding human relations and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Demonstrated proficiency in written communication.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while organizing and prioritizing workload. Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting established deadlines, and maintaining composure in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to effectively interact and represent the Department with higher-level managers, various departments, functional areas, and RHM's.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to frequently changing demands.


Must be capable of concurrently managing a variety of tasks/projects in a potentially stressful environment with individuals exhibiting diverse personalities and work styles.

Must be able to travel to various Trinity Health sites as needed.
Must comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures.

Communicates frequently, both in person and over the phone, with individuals across all locations regarding product support issues. Hearing is essential for extensive telephone and in-person communication.
Operates in a typical office environment.

The workspace is well-lit, temperature-controlled, and free from hazards.

There are no confined spaces.
Manual dexterity for keyboard use is necessary, along with the ability to work ergonomically in an office setting.
