Bluestone Children's Center is actively looking for dedicated Child Behavior Specialists to enhance our team. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting young children and aspire to create a meaningful difference in their development.
As a Child Behavior Specialist at Bluestone Children's Center, your responsibilities will include:
- Applying behavior modification strategies and educational programs under the guidance of a BCBA
- Maintaining precise records of children's progress and behavioral patterns
- Assisting in the upkeep of educational resources
- Ensuring a safe and organized environment for therapy sessions
- Engaging with children, families, and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner
- Handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting
- Committing to a minimum of one year with the organization, working up to 40 hours weekly
To qualify for this role, candidates should demonstrate the ability to implement applied behavior analysis principles, collaborate effectively within a team, and maintain a positive outlook towards personal and professional development. Comprehensive paid training will be provided to familiarize all staff with ABA methodologies.
