Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at RTA US. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement measurable media plans that align with client objectives and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with external media agencies to drive cohesive media planning and execution across key markets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide ongoing reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Establish operational best practices around plan development, media investment management, and measurement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through an integrated media mix.
  • Proven track record in building relationships, navigating cross-functional teams, and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in measurement, analytics, and gathering audience insights.
  • Proven experience working strategically and in an executional capacity to build and deploy optimization strategies and learning roadmaps.
  • Proven experience managing agency partners to budget, structure, and optimize campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience working directly with data science and/or data analytics teams to integrate media planning and channel selection with measurement frameworks and learning agendas.
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action-oriented, and detail-oriented with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact.
