We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Russell Tobin & Associates. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans that drive business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop measurable media plans grounded in objectives and audience insights
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights from research and analysis to inform media planning and execution
- Manage multiple media work streams and deliverables to ensure flawless campaign planning and execution
- Partner with external media agencies to drive cohesive media planning and execution across key markets
- Effectively analyze campaign performance against aligned goals for ongoing campaign reporting and marketing leadership visibility
- 6+ years of experience in managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through an integrated media mix
- Proven track record in building relationships, navigating cross-functional teams, and presenting to stakeholders
- Proven experience in measurement, analytics, and gathering audience insights
- Proven experience working both strategically and in an executional capacity to build and deploy optimization strategies and learning roadmaps
- Proven experience managing agency partners to budget, structure, and optimize campaigns
- Experience within both agency and client organizations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience working directly with data science and/or data analytics teams to integrate media planning and channel selection with measurement frameworks and learning agendas
