Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Meta. As a key member of our Global Business Group, you will be responsible for building and managing key client relationships, leveraging strong analytical skills, and developing platform and product expertise to become a trusted consultant in media planning, strategy, and measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a product and insights expert, partnering with Client Partners to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners, crafting narratives and recommendations from custom analyses and presenting findings to business stakeholders.
  • Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results, and present recommendations to drive proactive media and measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations.
  • Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and growing existing business partnerships.
  • Oversee account operations, troubleshooting issues, account setup, and working collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in online advertising or online media.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing datasets and delivering insights in Meta Ads Manager, Excel, and G Suite.
  • Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, presenting data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses, and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases.
  • Proven experience delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing senior-level executives and clients, and working collaboratively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS).
  • Knowledge and experience with data querying (e.g., SQL).
  • Experience with business case modeling and market/opportunity sizing.
  • Deep understanding of Meta's advertising products and solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams to improve product features and functionalities.
Compensation and Benefits

$85,000/year to $126,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
