KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a primary consultant, comprehending client needs and aligning our technical solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the smooth implementation of technical solutions.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for internal stakeholders regarding processes and strategies.
  • Convey technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Utilize data analysis to enhance performance and guide strategic decisions.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements pertinent to our clients and the industry.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 4 years in client service-oriented roles.
  • Familiarity with advertising technology, including data onboarding, demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad serving, programmatic buying, and data targeting.
  • Competence in SQL, Google BigQuery, and cloud-based technologies.
  • A proactive, results-driven individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Receptive to innovative ideas and constructive feedback to refine strategies based on client demands and market trends.
