We are in search of an experienced Manager to enhance our Client Solutions team. The ideal candidate will gain insights into our campaign execution processes, collaborating closely with our Client and Campaign Management teams to ensure that project scopes, timelines, and operational protocols are adhered to. We value individuals who are eager to learn and immerse themselves in the influencer marketing landscape. The perfect candidate will adeptly manage multiple tasks daily and possess a strong passion for beauty and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the workflow and completion of tasks within our project management system
  • Assist campaign execution teams in all facets of planning and reporting
  • Work closely with Campaign Management to ensure effective communication with creators, maintaining project scopes and timelines
  • Serve as a liaison between talent and Influential to ensure timely organization of deliverables and payments
  • Conduct content moderation to uphold brand safety standards for all participating influencers across social campaigns
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including Account Management, Performance Media, Strategy & Analytics, and Operations, to track deliverables and fulfill client requirements
  • Become proficient in our proprietary technology platform, organizing talent and campaign data as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, online PR, or advertising
  • Experience with beauty brands, particularly in skincare
  • Interest in managing and coordinating projects in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting where priorities may shift
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office, and other technology platforms
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in social media

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing technology or media startup
  • A passion for social media and influencer marketing

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $105,000
