Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support to the Correspondent Banking Department.
  • Prepare and review documentation for establishing new Correspondent Relationships.
  • Facilitate the setup process for various products and services.
  • Collaborate with multiple bank departments to ensure timely and accurate setup for products and services.
  • Update Salesforce with information regarding new and discontinued products and track the status of opportunities.
  • Assist in project management for the implementation of new services/products.
  • Manage the opening and closing of accounts in Bancs, including DDA's, FF Sweeps, CD's, and Money Market accounts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma and 2+ years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding and application of standard banking principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with banking products, procedures, services, accounting, and customer service skills; knowledge of banking applications is preferred.
