Customer Subscription Support Specialist

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Subscription Support Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our subscription services, focusing on the accuracy of renewal quotes and maintaining our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary support contact for our subscription services, delivering prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various communication channels.
- Quote Generation: Utilize established templates to create renewal quotes for subscription services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve recurring challenges and improve the overall customer experience.
- Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Information Gathering: Collect necessary data from multiple systems and collaborate with sales and renewals account managers to ensure renewal quotes are accurate.
- Pricing Verification: Review and confirm that pricing aligns with the latest price lists.
- Timely Execution: Complete monthly quote generation efficiently to maintain workflow consistency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or support, ideally within a subscription-based environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
