Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service and sales assistance to the Correspondent Banking Department.
- Prepare and assess documentation for establishing new Correspondent Relationships.
- Draft documents for the setup process of products and services.
- Collaborate with various bank departments to ensure timely and accurate setup for products and services.
- Update Salesforce with new and discontinued products and maintain the status of opportunities.
- Support project management for the implementation of new services/products.
- Understand the processes for opening and closing accounts in Bancs, including DDA's, FF Sweeps, CD's, and Money Market accounts.
- Minimum requirement of a High School diploma and 2+ years of banking or closely related experience.
- Comprehensive understanding and application of standard banking principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with banking products, procedures, services, accounting, and customer service skills; knowledge of banking applications is preferred.
