This position is crucial in helping the department meet its renewal objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary support representative for our subscription services, delivering prompt and courteous assistance to subscribers through various communication methods.
  • Quote Generation: Utilize established templates to create renewal quotes for subscription services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve recurring challenges and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, issues, and solutions within our CRM system.
  • Information Gathering: Collect all necessary data using multiple systems and coordinate with sales and renewal account managers to ensure renewal quotes are accurate.
  • Pricing Verification: Review and confirm that pricing aligns with the latest price lists.
  • Timely Completion: Ensure monthly quote generation is completed promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or support, ideally within a subscription-based environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Empathetic and patient, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
