PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: As an integral member of the Sunbelt Team, you will contribute to cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to the company’s success. Your role will involve designing consistent systems that minimize variability in our processes. We strive to under-promise and over-deliver to both clients and team members, fostering positive communication throughout.

This position is anticipated to generate annual profitable sales ranging from $500,000 to $1M+ for Sunbelt, utilizing our established policies, procedures, products, and services. You will ensure that clients receive an exceptionally professional, high-quality, and enjoyable experience, leading to referrals that will sustain our sales pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying potential clients, including homeowners, builders, designers, and architects.
  • Collaborating with Sunbelt's owner to explore new markets and services.
  • Responding to inquiries from clients and potential clients.
  • Designing systems and preparing detailed quotations.

Additional Duties:

  • Accurately pricing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with vendors and clients.
  • Coordinating installation schedules with clients, vendors, and the Sunbelt Team.
  • Overseeing installation processes to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Ensuring a positive experience for both clients and Sunbelt associates.
  • Verifying timely and accurate processing of work orders.
  • Conducting walkthroughs with clients and Sunbelt technicians.
  • Ensuring signed client change orders are obtained prior to work commencement.
  • Coordinating timely and accurate client invoicing and accounts receivable collections.
  • Following up with clients post-installation to confirm satisfaction.
  • Engaging with technicians and operational team members to assess performance quality.
  • Participating in regular ride-alongs to provide constructive feedback.
  • Assisting in maintaining an organized and well-stocked showroom.
  • Performing other assigned duties as necessary.
