This role is pivotal in enhancing the Stratus brand within the designated region, optimizing patient referrals, and meeting established sales objectives. All activities must align with Stratus's ethical standards and compliance culture.

Strong Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The individual must be adept at active listening and formulating suitable responses.
Flexibility – The capability to adjust to evolving situations and tailor messaging accordingly. The individual should also be able to respond to frequent industry changes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare providers to educate them on Stratus's offerings, thereby increasing appropriate referrals and revenue.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, including physicians and hospital administrators, to identify opportunities for service delivery.
- Perform market analysis to uncover new prospects and remain informed about industry developments.
- Utilize a consultative approach to assess client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products and relevant medical conditions to effectively engage with clients.
- Understand the objectives and clinical advantages of Stratus EEG services.
- Gather and relay client feedback to relevant Stratus teams for operational enhancements and product innovation.
- Document all activities using the designated CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Master medical terminology, sales methodologies, and business principles to conduct meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated with Stratus communications through various technological platforms.
- Demonstrate an understanding of compliance culture and seek guidance when necessary.
- Address any issues related to patient records or deficiencies with the physician's office to facilitate patient testing.
- Communicate scheduling issues with physicians, including confirmations of cancellations or service refusals.
- Act as the primary liaison for physicians regarding all administrative, contractual, or patient-related inquiries.
- Manage the allocated budget in accordance with Stratus policies regarding expenses and reporting.
- Foster a collaborative environment with clinical operations staff.
- Enhance brand visibility and uphold the reputation of Stratus.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the Code of Conduct.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- Relevant experience in fields such as Sales, business administration, or healthcare (mandatory).
- Experience in the Neurology/Epilepsy sector (preferred).
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
Qualifications:
- A strong network of relationships with physicians and hospitals, particularly in neurology.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and educate high-level executives, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Proven success in managing client relationships and building professional networks.
- Familiarity with the insurance landscape, including CPT codes and billing processes.
- Comfortable working across various levels within complex healthcare environments, with experience in technical, clinical, and financial sales.
- Willingness to travel for training and meetings as required.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid driver's license with proof of automobile insurance and a safe driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
