Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
    • Provide personalized sales and service experiences to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle offerings, including features, options, and technologies
    • Develop and maintain expertise on Lexus products and services
  • Sales and Service
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
    • Provide exceptional sales and service experiences to customers
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and service skills
