About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team at Josh Sherrill Insurance Agency. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your prospecting and follow-up skills to identify potential upsells and new clients through online, in-person, or phone interactions.
- Exceed monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities to drive business growth.
- Convert potential obstacles into opportunities by identifying and resolving budget, timeline, shareholder, competition, and other pain points.
- Present our solution to prospects, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures to secure new business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects, clients, and team members by meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications:
- A consistent top performer in sales with a proven track record of success.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; industry or product knowledge preferred.
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
