Job Description

McBride Consulting LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler providing support to a prominent government agency. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing complex programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and coordinate project activities among functional disciplines within the program management office (PMO)
  • Provide technical products, including GANTT charts and network diagrams, to support project planning and execution
  • Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure mission success
  • Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results
  • Communicate project objectives, plans, and status to the customer, project team, and management
  • Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end results
Requirements
  • Minimum Required Qualifications:
    • Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
    • Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Years' experience: 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight of which must be in the DoD
  • Required Skills:
    • Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
    • OR
    • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
