Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Program Director to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at a leading government agency. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to acquire and deploy complex systems and equipment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Program Management: Oversee the development, production, and deployment of systems and equipment, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on program status, including statutory and regulatory reports, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including government officials and industry partners.
- Communication and Documentation: Prepare and present briefings, documents, and plans to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of program status and objectives.
- 10+ years of experience in a program or acquisition management role, including at least 3 years in a government environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
- Extensive experience working in a government program office, with a strong understanding of government policies and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of systems acquisition and program management principles, policies, and practices, including DoDI and AFI 63-101/20-101.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
- US citizenship and a current Secret clearance.
