- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience as a top producer in sales within a healthcare staffing organization.
- SaaS sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop, and close sales.
- Results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities.
- Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment.

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $33.65 to $38.46 hourly, which equates to $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus commission. The pay scale for this position may vary if the applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
