Core Responsibilities

Enhance Sales Performance
Focus on boosting restaurant sales by actively pursuing and qualifying all special events, BEO's, buyouts, and catering requests. Collaborate closely with the Director of Events on all event bookings and maintain an organized database.

Sales Growth Initiatives

  • Achieve all sales objectives as outlined by the Senior Events Manager.
  • Drive year-over-year growth in event sales across all venues.
  • Identify and cultivate new business partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales materials.
  • Ensure that management at the store level is proficient in event planning and execution.
  • Create a strategic plan for off-site catering sales.
  • Engage with local influencers, hotels, retail spaces, residential complexes, office buildings, and visitor bureaus.

Database Management

  • Oversee all leads and events within the TripleSeat system.
  • Train store management on the effective use of TripleSeat.
  • Ensure reservation staff are well-versed in TripleSeat functionalities.
  • Implement automated marketing strategies for seasonal events.

Menu Development

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update special event menus.
  • Design off-site catering menu options.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing menu materials.

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Respond promptly to all inquiries as directed by the Senior Events Manager.
  • Train store management on event expectations and customer service standards.
  • Approach all leads with a focus on guest satisfaction.
