Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff and Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Malibu Events Promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events, including corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Advertising Campaign Development: Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote events and enhance brand visibility.
  • Vendor and Client Management: Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and events, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align event and advertising strategies with overall company goals.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring positive experiences for all event attendees and clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning, advertising, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules.
